• Download or log in to the My DPD app.
• Enter your tracking number (sent in your shipping confirmation email).
• Choose from options such as:
• Select a new delivery date.
• Deliver to a neighbour.
• Deliver to a Pickup shop.
• Leave in a safe place.
For international deliveries (FedEx)
• Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
• FedEx provides options to reschedule or reroute depending on the destination country.
