What to do
1. Email us at team@huel.com with your order number.
2. Confirm your full delivery address so we can check everything is correct.
3. We’ll arrange for your order to be resent to you as soon as it arrives back with us.

Important to know
• Orders may be returned if the courier was unable to deliver after several attempts or if the address was incorrect.
• If you request a cancellation once the order has been dispatched, or fail to collect from a Pickup shop, the parcel will be refunded minus a £10 carrier cost.
• Returns can take a few days to reach us before we can resend or refund.
