If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, here’s what to do:

1. Double-check safe places
• Look around your property for a safe place the courier may have left it.
• Check garages, porches, sheds, or other secure areas.
2. Check with others
• Ask anyone you live with if they accepted the parcel.
• Check with neighbours in case the courier left it nearby.
3. Review your tracking
• Sometimes parcels are marked as delivered slightly early and arrive later the same day.
• Check your tracking link for delivery notes or photos.
4. Still missing?
• If your parcel hasn’t turned up, email us at team@huel.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
• Provide your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
