To get this fixed up, we would firstly suggest checking your tracking link here -this will provide you with the latest information about what’s happening with your shipment and provide any notes if this has been delivered to a safe place or left with a neighbour.
We would also highly recommend looking for a delivery notice that may have been left by your postal carrier. If you are in an address which is in an office building, block of flats, or shared space, we suggest looking around and checking in with your front desk officer, leasing officer, landlord, or post/locker room.
