• If you live in a block of flats or shared building, ask your front desk, neighbours, or postal/locker room.
3. Still missing?
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived after following the steps above, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Email us at team@huel.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
