If you were expecting a free Huel t-shirt and didn’t receive it, here are some things to check:

1. Did you select your size?
• You need to choose your preferred size and colour at checkout.
• If no size was selected, the t-shirt won’t be added to your order.
2. First order only
• The free t-shirt is included with your first qualifying order (e.g. Powders, Complete Protein, Daily Greens bundles).
• If you’ve ordered before, the system won’t add another free t-shirt.
3. Eligibility
• To qualify, your order must meet the minimum requirement (e.g. 2 pouches of Powder/Protein, 2 boxes of Bars/RTDs, or 1 pouch of Daily Greens).
4. Still missing?
• If you believe you were eligible and selected a size but still didn’t receive it, email us at team@huel.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
