If you believe you should have received the free Huel t-shirt, we’ll be more than happy to sort this out for you - you’ll just need to contact us. It is worth noting there could be three reasons why you haven’t received your free t-shirt:
- Not selected. You didn’t select a size or colour, so it wasn’t added to your order. Please check your order confirmation email and if this is right, contact us providing the size and colour of the t-shirt you would like.
- Not selected with your first order/removed from your second order. Our system recognized you as a returning customer, therefore, the t-shirt was removed from your order. If you forgot to add the free t-shirt with your first order, message us and we will look into this.
- Not eligible. You are only eligible for the free t-shirt if your order is over £60.
