We are really sorry to hear this! There can be a few reasons why an item can be missing from your order. Hopefully, one of these might help answer your question.
- Your order was split. If you placed a large order, it might be that your order was split into multiple packages (this is especially common if you're ordering Ready to Drink). Please check your emails to see if you have received any additional tracking information for the rest of your order.
- Human error. Your order might have been mispacked, and we are really sorry about this. If you think this is the case, please send over a clear photo of the shipping label on the box as well as a photo of the inside and outside of the box and we will look into this. (Don't forget to provide the order number)
- Promotional items. To receive a free product, you must follow the instructions in your email, add a promotional item & apply the discount code. The free item won't be added to your order if you do not follow these instructions. In that case, contact us and we will sort this out for you.
