How it works
• Points from cancelled or refunded orders are removed from your balance.
• If the order was only partially refunded, points will be adjusted based on the final amount spent.

Pending points
• Points show as pending for 4 days after an order.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded during this time, those points will never move to your available balance.

Important to know
• Once points are deducted, they cannot be reinstated unless the cancellation/refund was an error.
• If you’ve already redeemed a reward using points from an order that’s later refunded, we may adjust your points balance to correct it.
