How pending points work
• Points are added to your account immediately after checkout but are marked as pending.
• They become available to spend after 4 days.

Why they’re pending
The short delay allows time for:
• Cancellations – if an order is cancelled, the pending points are removed.
• Refunds/returns – points are adjusted if part or all of an order is refunded.
• Processing – to make sure only completed purchases generate usable points.

Key details
• Pending points can’t be redeemed until they move into your available balance.
• Subscription orders also follow the same pending process (you’ll earn double points, but they’ll still show as pending at first).
