Sorry to hear you haven’t received your NHS code. This can happen for a couple of reasons.
- We have sent you one already. You can only apply for one code within each 12-month period (from March of each year), so if you have applied for a code within this period, you won’t be sent another. Please try searching ‘Huel NHS’ in your emails to retrieve your code.
- The email has been sent to your junk! Please check any junk or spam folders to see if you can locate the code there.
- Our emails are being blocked by your NHS spam filters. If neither of the above apply, it may be that our emails aren’t coming through. If this seems to be the case, please contact us and we can sort this out for you.
