If your NHS discount code has expired, here’s what you need to know:

1. Codes are valid for 12 months
• NHS discount codes are issued for a 12-month period.
• Once expired, the code cannot be reactivated.

2. Reapply for a new code
• You’ll need to reapply via the NHS discount page: Claim NHS Discount.
• Reverification with your NHS email will generate a new discount code (if you’re still eligible).

3. Subscription orders
• If your code expired while linked to a subscription, it will no longer apply to future renewals.
• To continue receiving your discount:
1. Log into your Huel Account.
2. Click on My Subscriptions.
3. Select Manage Subscriptions.
4. Click Add a Discount Code and enter your new NHS code.
