• Refunds take 5–10 working days to appear in your account once processed by Huel.
• The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
2. Check your original payment method
• Refunds always go back to the same method you used to pay.
• If your card has expired, the refund will still go to the bank account linked to that card.
3. PayPal or Apple Pay
• Refunds often appear faster, but still allow up to 10 working days.
4. Check your bank or provider
• Look carefully at your recent transactions.
• Sometimes refunds show as adjustments rather than separate credits.

• If it’s been longer than 10 working days, contact your bank or provider with the refund reference.
