If you haven’t received your refund yet, don’t worry — here are the most common reasons and what to do next.

Refund timing
• Once we’ve processed your refund, it can take 5–10 working days for the money to appear back in your account.
• The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Check your original payment method
• Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used for the order.
• If you paid with a card that has since expired, the funds will usually still be credited to your bank account linked to that card.
PayPal and Apple Pay
• Refunds through PayPal or Apple Pay may appear faster, but still allow up to 10 working days.

If it’s been longer than 10 working days since we confirmed your refund:
1. Check your bank or PayPal statement carefully.
2. Contact your bank or provider with the refund reference if you have it.
3. If they can’t locate it, email us at team@huel.com and we’ll investigate further.
