If your tracking hasn’t updated, don’t worry — this can happen for a few reasons.

1. Carrier delay
• Sometimes the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, FedEx) takes time to scan and update your parcel in their system.
• Updates often appear within 24 hours.
2. Order just shipped
• If you’ve only just received your shipping confirmation, your tracking link may not show movement until the courier processes it at their depot.
3. Multiple parcels
• Large orders (like Ready-to-Drink or multi-item bundles) may be split. Some parcels update sooner than others.
4. International shipments
• Tracking may pause while your parcel clears customs. Updates resume once it’s processed locally.
