Huel is not likely to help on its own in this scenario. However, it can be a suitable food option if you have acid reflux, and there are a few things you can try to assist with tolerance.
Sipping Huel slowly over the course of 30 minutes or so and splitting your serving of Huel into two may be able to help. A smaller volume of fluid may be better tolerated for some as well as consuming Huel slower over a longer period of time.
