We recommend that when you start consuming Huel, you first start with one scoop once per day to see how it goes. If all goes well after a few days, then progress to two scoops per serving and so on, increasing the amount and frequency that you consume gradually, depending on what works best for you and your needs. This gradual introduction will allow your body to slowly adjust to Huel and the higher fibre content.
The amount and frequency you ultimately decide to consume Huel is up to you - whether that’s once in a while, 100% of your daily intake, or somewhere in between!
