• Coeliac/gluten sensitivity: suitable (gluten-free).
• Inborn errors of metabolism / GSD: consult your clinician before use.
• PKU: not suitable.
• IBS/IBD: not low-FODMAP.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: may be included, but limit to one serving per day.
• Children: not suitable under 4; older children may include as part of a varied diet (not sole nutrition).
• Eating disorders: only after discussing with a doctor/clinician.
• Medication: check for drug-nutrient interactions with your prescriber info.
