• Payments are captured at the time of ordering to confirm and process your order.
• We can’t switch the payment method afterwards.

What you can do
• For future orders, update your payment method in your account:
1. Log into your Huel Account.
2. Go to Payment Methods and add your new details.
3. If it’s a subscription, link the new payment method under My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription.
Tip
• If your order fails due to a payment issue, you’ll be able to update your method before reprocessing.
