If your payment isn’t going through, it’s usually caused by one of the following:

• Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
• Make sure your PayPal or Apple Pay account is active and funded.
2. Billing address mismatch
• Your billing address must match the one your bank or provider has on file.
3. Insufficient funds
• Check your bank account or PayPal balance.
4. Bank security checks
• Sometimes banks block payments if they appear unusual (e.g. higher value, recurring subscription).
• Contact your bank to confirm and authorise the payment.
5. Browser or device issues
• Clear your browser cache/cookies or try using an incognito/private window.
• Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or device.

Subscriptions
• Subscriptions can only be paid with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay (Safari users only).
• If your payment fails, the system will automatically retry the next day.
