You can make changes to your subscription orders right up until they are processed — but we also give you the option to plan ahead.

Subscription changes
• You can edit your next three subscription orders in advance.
• This means you can adjust products, flavours, or delivery dates several cycles ahead.
Timing
• Changes can be made anytime before your renewal is processed (usually between 2am–5am on your renewal date).
• Once your order has been picked, packed, or shipped, no changes are possible.

Tips
• Use the Skip delivery option if you know you won’t need your next order.
• Use Change delivery date to push orders forward or back to suit your schedule.
• If you need your subscription early, you can choose I need it now to process it immediately.
