1. Go to the First Responders discount page

2. Create a Beans iD account
• If you don’t already have one, you’ll need to set up a free Beans iD account.
• This is the platform we use to securely verify employment status.

3. Verify your employment status
• Follow the prompts in Beans iD to confirm your role as a First Responder.
• Verification usually takes about 2 minutes.

4. Receive and use your code
• Once verified, you’ll receive your personal discount code.
• Enter it at checkout for one-off orders, or add it to your subscription under:
My Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions > Add a Discount Code.

• A minimum spend of £46 applies.
• Codes are valid until 30th September 2025, then you’ll need to reapply.
• Only one discount code can be applied per order.
• The discount does not apply to delivery charges.
