• Orders are tied to the email address used at checkout.
• If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re logging in with the one linked to your order.

• Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).
• If you’re logged into the wrong region, your order history won’t display.
