2. The product’s batch code and best before date
This helps us trace the issue accurately and pass it to our quality team.

• Bars: On the wrapper
• Ready-to-drink bottles (RTD): On the cap or bottle sleeve
• Hot & Savoury pots: On the bottom of the pot
• Meal packs (boxed): On the pouch or outer box
• Daily A-Z cans: On the bottom of the can
