What to do
1. Take clear photos of:
• The shipping label on the box.
• The outside of the box, showing the damage.
• The inside of the box and any damaged items.
2. Email these photos to us at team@huel.com along with your order number.
3. Our team will investigate with the courier and arrange a solution (replacement or refund).

• Please keep all packaging until your issue has been resolved.
• If multiple parcels were sent, only the damaged box may need reporting.
