Huel Powder v3.1 and Huel Black Edition are low FODMAP, meaning they contain no significant amounts of FODMAPs per 2-scoop serving or less. However, due to the fiber content, we recommend starting with half a serving (one scoop) to assess your tolerance.
Please note that Huel Ready-to-Drink, Daily A-Z Vitamins, Complete Nutrition Bars, Complete Protein, and Hot & Savoury are not low FODMAP.
