We are really sorry to hear this! There can be a few reasons why an item will be missing from your order. Hopefully one of these might help answer your question.
- Your order was split. If you placed a large order, it might be that your order was split into multiple packages (this is especially common if you're ordering Ready to Drink). Please check your emails to see if you have received any additional tracking information for the rest of your order.
- Human error. It might be that your order was mispacked and we are really sorry about this. If you think this is the case, please drop us a message on live chat or WhatsApp providing your order number and the list of items you are missing and we will sort this for you right away!
- Eligibility. For some promotional items, it may also be that you weren't eligible to receive this so it has been removed from your order. The starter kit of a free t-shirt, shaker and scoops is only included with your first ever Huel order and not sent out each time.
