In short, no. We’ve carried out tests on our Hot & Savoury and found that the levels of Vitamins and Minerals in the prepared product are as we had expected.
We do recommend that when preparing Hot & Savoury, you cover and leave this for the full 5 minutes to minimise any loss through steam.
