The main difference between Huel Black Edition and Version 3.0 is the macro split and the difference in sweetener.
Black Edition is a nutritionally complete lower carbohydrate, high protein meal. Unlike the Version 3.0, it doesn’t contain any oats, making it naturally gluten-free. It also has 50% fewer carbs and 33% more protein than the Version 3.0 powder.
Where the Version 3.0 uses sucralose as a sweetener, Black Edition contains Organic coconut sugar and stevia for natural sweetness, providing an option to have a flavoured powder with no artificial sweeteners. It also contains green tea extract, a source of antioxidants.
